32 Advisors Announces Duaine Priestley to Open Houston Office & Expand Energy Practice

Mr. Priestley will open the 32 Advisors office in Houston, Texas this July. Duaine A. Priestley previously founded Priestley International, a consulting firm specializing in supporting U.S. and foreign-owned companies with their international trade expansion and foreign direct investment opportunities. Previously, Mr. Priestley served as the Director of the U.S. Department of Commerce's U.S. Commercial Service office in Houston. His 20 years of experience include working for a major international telecommunications company and positions with the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, DC. He currently serves as a founder and Secretary of the U.S.-Russia Chamber of Commerce and the Colombia-U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Houston.
