In order to safeguard its customers’ interests, arl-shipping.com has agreed with NCC Group, that source code for all its off-the-shelf software will be deposited with NCC Group. ARL will automatically deposit source code for new software versions with NCC Group, allowing any ARL customer to tap into the deposit arrangement by setting up an escrow agreement directly with NCC Group. The only pre-requisite for signing up to the NCC Group escrow is that a terminal or port has a valid support & maintenance agreement, or a valid annualized licence fee agreement, with ARL.
