Aspen Logistics, Inc. Partners With The Home Depot Foundation For The Annual Community Building Invitational

Atlanta, Georgia, 10.14.11 – Aspen Logistics, Inc. a third-party logistics company partnered with The Home Depot Foundation and Atlanta Habitat for Humanity for the 2011 Community Building Invitational.

Over the last four years, The Home Depot Foundation and Habitat for Humanity International have partnered to build thousands of homes around the country. During the 2011 Community Building Invitational, the Foundation brought together over 300 volunteers to transform lives by joining with Atlanta Habitat for Humanity to build 3 affordable homes for deserving family in the Lakewood Commons Neighborhood

“Aspen is proud to work with The Home Depot Foundation to address the critical needs facing our communities today,” said Christopher Ticknor, Aspen's Director of Marketing. “To serve the community is part of Aspen's vision and is a core value of our organization. We are grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on the community and the environment.” This is the 4th year that Aspen has participated in a Home Depot Foundation event.

The Home Depot Foundation’s Community Building Invitational is the largest single source of funding for the Foundations annual programs and operations.
