Bradshaw International responds to customer demand with upgraded RedPrairie Warehouse Management solution
Leading kitchenware marketer continues successful software implementation, shipping to 3,800 stores
MILWAUKEE, Wis. – RedPrairie Corporation, a productivity software provider, has announced Bradshaw International is following their successful RedPrairie Warehouse Management implementation with an upgrade to their solution this summer. A leading marketer of kitchenware products since 1969, Bradshaw has used RedPrairie’s system for over three years to help better meet the demand of their customers across 3,800 stores in the United States.
Brian Foster, Bradshaw International Director of Information Technology, credits the project’s success over the past 37 months to his company’s diligence, as well as the strength of RedPrairie’s services team in helping to overcome any challenge in the course of the project.
“When we originally selected RedPrairie’s Warehouse Management solution, we were particularly interested in its pick-to-light and ASN functionality,” says Foster. “In the time since we implemented the system, we have been able to reduce the amount of labor in our distribution centers, especially in terms of overtime, while greatly increasing order accuracy. In particular, RedPrairie’s services team was especially dedicated to ensuring our success, and the overall effectiveness of the solution as a whole.”
Responding to increased customer demand, as well as a great deal of growth in their business, Bradshaw has begun their initial research and is planning on upgrading their solution later this year. By leveraging many of the system’s new features, as well as RedPrairie’s services team once again, the company hopes to expand on the already sizeable market share their Good Cook brand holds in drug and grocery stores around the country.
“Bradshaw International has a clear foothold in the U.S. kitchenware market,” says RedPrairie CEO Mike Mayoras. “Our company, and our services team in particular, has considered it a privilege to work with their organization over the past three years. We look forward to helping companies like theirs meet customer demand long into the future.”
