CMA CGM Names Delort VP Information Systems
CMA CGM named Jacques Delort vice president of information systems deputy general manager of CMA Systems, the new entity set up as part of the group’s strategic partnership with IBM.
In his new position, he will to Chairman and CEO Jacques R. Saade.
Delort, 51, comes to the Marseilles-based carrier from GIE CA-Technologies, where he was deputy managing director. Prior to that, he was with Credit Agricole, which he joined in 2004 as managing director of GIE EXA information systems.
Delort began his career with the Ministry of Defence. In 1989, he joined Steria where he managed Steria Mediterranee’s IT division before being appointed CIO of Gemplus in 1998.
