ANN ARBOR, Mich. — Sept. 21, 2011 — Con-way Freight, a less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier and subsidiary of Con-way Inc. (NYSE: CNW), today announced the launch of its newly enhanced Con-way Freight Tools app for web-registered users. The smart phone app is the LTL industry’s first for iPhone®, AndroidTM and BlackBerry® that brings customers the option to create a personalized rate quote for shipments within the United States and Canada.
In addition to custom rate quotes, app users can track shipments, view shipping documents and locate and call service centers.

Customers can access the Con-way Freight Tools app from their smart phone’s app store. Prior to launching the applications, users must enter their Con-way Freight web-registered username and password in their phone’s settings.
