CSX to join the e-RAILSAFE Program

ATLANTA- March 9th, 2009 –Atlanta-based e-VERIFILE.COM Inc, is pleased to announce that CSX Transportation Inc (CSX) has joined e-RAILSAFE --an industry-wide safety and security initiative that facilitates safety orientation, background screening, credentialing and tracking of railroad contractors and their employees. CSX is the 7th major railroad to join the e-RAILSAFE program.

As part of its entry into e-RAILSAFE, CSX will now require its contractors/vendors and their employees who physically operate on their properties, to comply with the program which primarily focuses on Service Providers who have:

• access to critical infrastructure

• access to sensitive information

• access to company employees

• access to hazardous materials
