Washington, DC NASSTRAC, an industry association that provides education, advocacy, and provider relations to transportation and supply chain professionals involved in all modes of transportation, announced today that Marc Feeser, leader of global network supply chain strategy at Dell, Inc has been named to the association’s executive committee. He has been a NASSTRAC member since 2006, previously serving on the association's education committee.

Feeser joins the NASSTRAC leadership team comprised primarily of transportation and supply chain executives from a wide variety of leading manufacturers and retailers. At Dell, Feeser is responsible for supply chain design and optimization for all aspects of the company’s segmented supply chain, with specific emphasis on retail. Feeser has also held supply chain/transportation leadership roles positions at Best Buy and Rite Aid.

“A priority for NASSTRAC today is representing its members and the North American transportation industry to oppose unwise or excessively burdensome regulation, said Brian Everett, ABC, executive director, NASSTRAC. Just last week, we led a delegation to Washington to meet with members of congress or their aides and discussed critical trucking issues. Feeser, with his vast experience leading transportation and supply chains at some of America’s top shippers, brings valuable information into this discussion. Our association also provides quality education to keep the marketplace informed on the issues, and offers a venue where shippers and providers can continue to build productive relationships.”

NASSTRAC provides education, advocacy, provider relations, and networking for professionals involved in all modes of transportation, ranging from full truckload and LTL to containerization and global logistics. For more information, visit www.NASSTRAC.org.
