DHL Launches Major Website Refresh Enhancing US Customer Experience
DHL, the world’s leading international express shipping provider, launched a redesigned website for U.S. customers today at DHL-USA.com. With a fresh look, improved navigation experience and quick access to all DHL shipping solutions, the new DHL-USA.com is a one-stop solution for U.S. importers and exporters. From shipping to tracking to billing, now shippingwith DHL is easier than ever.
The new DHL-USA.com is powered by a global DHL web platform used in over 140 countries – providing international regulatory support and resources to help exporters and importers ship with ease. Shippers can “fast lane” to online shipping tools, as well as take advantage of a new Resource Center featuring expert shipping advice, solutions for small to mid-sized businesses, and other information to help customers take their business across international borders.
Along with the new U.S. website, DHL Express will also unveil a Paperless Clearance feature for U.S. clients. Available soon, Paperless Clearance will enable customers toelectronically transmit documents to Customs – eliminating the need to print and manually attach hard copy export documents like Certificates of Origin and Commercial and Pro Forma Invoices to shipments.
“The new DHL-USA.com provides a more customer-friendly, quicker shipping experience and seamless access to the full range of DHL services,” said Christine Nashick, Vice President of Marketing for DHL Express U.S. “Collaborating closely with our customers, we developed a sophisticated website focused on our customers’ evolving needs.”
