Drogalis Joins Burns Logistics Solutions as COO
READING, PA., July 16, 2012 – Burns Logistics Solutions, Inc. announces the addition of Thomas B. Drogalis, as a key member of their upper management team. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, he will report to Edward Burns, President.
Drogalis will utilize his years of manufacturing and service sector experience to lead Burns Logistics Solutions to continued growth in the asset-based transportation marketplace.
With his diverse background and thorough understanding of the complex needs of shippers, Drogalis will lead company growth initiatives throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. Driven by Burns Logistics Solutions’ commitment to exceptional customer service, he will work first hand with shippers and carriers to assure optimal transportation solutions are identified and developed.
Drogalis most recently served as Senior Vice President/Director of North American Operations, World Resources Company – a leading environmental services company – where he was responsible for all aspects of company performance. Previous career milestones include working with Allied Signal, Goodyear Tire and Rubber, and Sallie Mae.
