E2open Adds Pat O’Malley to its Board of Directors

FOSTER CITY, Calif. --(BUSINESS WIRE)--E2open, a leading provider of strategic, cloud-based solutions for global trading networks, today announced Pat O’Malley, EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Seagate Technology, has joined the company’s board of directors.

O’Malley joined Seagate Technology in 1988, and assumed the role of executive vice president and chief financial officer in 2008. Immediately preceding his role of CFO, O’Malley served as the company’s treasurer and principle accounting officer where he was responsible for the company's internal and external reporting requirements, treasury functions, control and compliance and policy making activities for the accounting functions.

Prior to joining Seagate Technology, he worked in the audit function at Arthur Young LLP for approximately three years. O’Malley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with an accounting major from the University of Notre Dame.
