FMN Logistics Continues Expansion into New Markets American-Owned Logistics Company Announces New Global Operations Manager
DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, Jan. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- FMN Logistics, Inc., a provider of freight forwarding and logistics services, today announced that Mr. Robert Hass will join the expanding company in the newly created role of Global Operations Manager.
Mr. Hass will be utilizing more than 8 years of experience in the Middle East, Africa & Eastern Europe to manage and expand FMN Logistics' Middle East and Global operations. Based out of FMN offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Mr. Hass will be spearheading a number of efforts, among them building new customer relationships as well as hiring and directing expatriate and local personnel.

Prior to joining FMN Logistics, Mr. Hass oversaw Middle East operations for a well respected freight forwarder specializing in logistics for military and natural resource projects. While there, among other notable accomplishments, Mr. Hass managed the on-ground project for moving the largest US Embassy in the world from the former Presidential Palace in Baghdad to the 700 million dollar New Embassy Compound (NEC) on the Tigris River during some of the most difficult circumstances to operate in Baghdad.
Mr. Hass has a Master's Degree in International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh.
