The special honor was announced by Ford at its recently held 2012 World Excellence Awards ceremony and was presented to 35 global suppliers who demonstrated a “Go Further” mindset and continuous pursuit of excellence in the face of unforeseen business challenges.Union Pacific was recognized for its extraordinary plant launch support and for being agile and willing to adjust to Ford’s changing business requirements.
