Hanoi new to the network effective 27th February

Jade Cargo is expanding its route network in Asia. The cargo airline will begin serving the Vietnam metropolis of Hanoi for the first time on February 27th, 2011.

There will be two Boeing 747ERF flights per week, from Shanghai to Hanoi on Sundays and Thursdays. The services from the City at the Red River Delta area onwards to Amsterdam will include stopovers in Chennai (Madras), India and Dubai.

“Hanoi has evolved into one of Vietnam’s major industrial centers“, said Gabriela Ahrens, Jade Cargo’s Executive Vice President Product & Sales. “With our new connections, we are expanding our customized product to accommodate the increased demand ex Vietnam, especially of the high-tech industry”.

Jade Cargo International is the only cargo carrier to offer direct connections between Hanoi and Amsterdam. This further strengthens the airline’s dense network in South East Asia. Jade Cargo currently serves 25 destinations worldwide from its hubs in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Tianjin in China, with the emphasis on routes to Europe, India and the Middle East.
