Holland Receives Eastman 2010 Supplier Excellence Award
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Holland, a subsidiary of YRC Worldwide Inc. (Nasdaq: YRCW) is the recipient of the Eastman Chemical Company 2010 Supplier Excellence Award. This marks the fifth consecutive year Holland has received this award, which is part of the Eastman Supplier Excellence Program (ESEP).
In determining award recipients, Eastman calculates the overall performance of its transportation service providers, considering on-time deliveries, customer complaints, loss/damage claims, safety/security incidents and nonconformance. In addition to high marks in overall performance, the Holland score for the category of on-time delivery was 97.72 percent.
