INTTRA Selects Jeffrey Ganek to Join its Board of Directors

Parsippany, NJ, July 18, 2011 - INTTRA, the leading provider of e-commerce solutions for the ocean freight industry, announced today that Jeffrey Ganek has been appointed to its board of directors. Ganek is the founder of and advisor to Neustar, Inc., a leader in Internet and telecommunications information and analysis. Ganek also serves on the board of comScore, the leading provider of audience measurement and digital media.

Jeff brings to INTTRA a wealth of knowledge and experience in network-oriented business services companies. His particular experience with high-growth companies will be quite relevant for INTTRA, says Ken Bloom, chief executive officer of INTTRA. Jeff has been working with INTTRA management prior to his election to our board and we have already benefited from his expertise and guidance.

Ganek is a member of the advisory boards of the Heinz School at Carnegie Mellon University and the Kogod School of Business at American University. He founded Neustar in 1999 and served as chairman and CEO until 2010. Previously, he served as vice president and managing director of Communications Industry Services at Lockheed Martin and vice president of Asia Operations for Global TeleSystems Group, a developer and operator of telecommunications services companies in China, India and Eastern Europe. He has also led marketing and corporate development initiatives at MCI and held a number of finance and marketing positions at AT&T.
