Jaguar Freight Services Ltd., a leading international freight forwarder serving a full range of business customers and shipping requirements, is pleased to announce the appointment of Karen Gaines as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Gaines has more than 20 years of global financial management experience. Her responsibilities will include oversight for all Jaguar Freight’s financial and human resource functions, including accounting, tax and treasury.
Jaguar Freight has offices in London, New York, Philadelphia, Paris and Hong Kong and an operations network in Europe, North America, South America, Australasia, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. The company provides fully integrated door-to-door freight solutions including customs clearance, storage, and distribution facilities, and offers customers the benefit of its proprietary Cybertrax 2.0 real time, online information tracking system.

Ms. Gaines joins Jaguar Freight from Planet Payment, an international data and payment processor for banks and merchants, where she served as Vice President of Finance. Previously, she served as Senior Director of Finance for Travel Impressions, one of the largest leisure tour operators in the United States and a wholly owned subsidiary of American Express. She also has held financial management positions with major companies in the book retail and publishing industries. Ms. Gaines holds a MBA degree in Finance from Hofstra University and a BBA degree in Managerial Accounting from Pace University.
