JOC Group Inc. Confirms TPM Asia Keynote Speaker, Evergreen’s Bronson Hsieh
NEWARK, N.J., Aug. 21, 2013 — JOC Group Inc. today announced that Evergreen’s Vice Group Chairman Bronson Hsieh will deliver the opening keynote address at its upcoming TPM Asia conference in Shenzhen, China on Oct. 16-17. Now in its seventh year, TPM Asia attracts close to 600 attendees including top importers and exporters, carriers, third-party logistics providers, ports and terminals.
Evergreen is the world’s fourth-largest container line in terms of capacity deployed, according to Alphaliner, and also operates the major international airline EVA Air. Hsieh joined the company in 1976 and rose up its ranks into his current role overseeing the container line and the airline, as well as other Evergreen businesses including hotels, logistics and insurance.
Over the course of a two-day conference program, TPM Asia will present a series of in-depth sessions with top-level speakers focusing on container trade and logistics in the Europe-Asia, Trans-Pacific and Intra-Asia markets, from an Asian perspective.
