Korean Air Adds More Atlanta Flights

ATLANTA, Georgia (August 3) -- Flying to Asia just got better for Southeastern U.S. travelers because Korean Air is adding more flights to its Atlanta service.

America's largest Asian airline, Korean Air, has added three non-stop night flights a week from Atlanta-Hartsfield to complement its daily afternoon non-stop service to Asia, for a combined total of 10 flights each week.

Our Atlanta flights connect to more than 20 cities in China and over 15 in Japan,” says Korean Air's John Jackson, director of marketing and sales. We have a great schedule and have seen dynamic growth in the southeast…strong enough to sustain more service. We’ve been improving our schedules and service for the past decade and customers are responding.

Korean Air Flight 35 departs Hartsfield at 1 p.m. each day and arrives in Seoul/Incheon the following afternoon. The new Korean Air night Flight 33 departs just after midnight on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and arrives in Seoul/Incheon in the morning, in plenty of time to make easy connections to all points in Asia.

Korean Air flies to Seoul and beyond from 13 North American gateways, and Atlanta is one of its busiest. Other gateways are Calgary; Chicago; Dallas/Fort Worth; Honolulu; Las Vegas; Los Angeles; New York; San Francisco; Seattle; Toronto; Vancouver and Washington, DC.
