Luis Cantuarias Joins Sales Team at MIQ Logistics
OVERLAND PARK, Kan., April 10, 2012 - MIQ Logistics is pleased to announce the addition of Luis Cantuarias to its Sales team as director of Business Development. Cantuarias is based in Miami, F.L., and responsible for strategic account development and new business efforts.
Luis brings a broad knowledge of global forwarding and distribution supply chain initiatives, specifically working closely with companies doing business in Latin America, says David Griffith, senior vice president-Logistics. His commitment to understanding his customers' business and offering solutions to meet their most pressing needs makes him a great fit for our team.
Prior to joining MIQ Logistics, Cantuarias held both business development and operations roles at AIT Worldwide Logistics, IJS Global and Emotrans, all focused on the Miami market. He has extensive experience supporting customers with ocean and air export and import services with a commitment to customer service and exceeding his customers' expectations.
Cantuarias holds both TSA and HAZMAT certifications and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
