Management Dynamics Successfully Completes SAS 70 Type II Audit

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ, June 24, 2009 -- Management Dynamics, a leading provider of Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions, today announced its successful completion of a Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS 70) Type II Audit. The audit was performed by an independent auditing firm and included an in-depth examination of the company’s operating infrastructure for its GTM solutions. Established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), a SAS 70 examination is widely recognized because it represents that a service organization's internal control activities that relate to an audit of the financial statements of its customers have been examined. A Type II report not only includes the service organization's description of controls, but also includes tests of operating effectiveness of the service organization's controls.
