Modern Terminals Announces Appointment of Erick Wong as General Manager, Customer Service Delivery
Modern Terminals Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Erick Wong as General Manager, Customer Service Delivery. The addition of Mr. Wong to the Modern Terminals team is part of a major Service Delivery initiative which began in late 2012.
Mr. Wong joins Modern Terminals after spending the last 18 years with APL Logistics where he held various positions responsible for service integrity, service quality, process improvement and process implementation. His last position was as General Manager of Operations in the Hong Kong & South China Region. Mr. Wong is a graduate of Chinese University of Hong Kong where he holds a Bachelor (Hon) Degree of Science in Statistics. “We have re-engineered our customer service offering in order to provide the best experience possible to our global carrier and end user client base” said Peter Levesque, Modern Terminals’ Chief Commercial Officer. “The addition of Erick Wong to our Commercial Team will insure we have the skills and resources necessary to provide a consistent and reliable customer service offering across our business units. We are pleased to have Erick onboard.”
