MOL (America) Inc. Establishes 99.5% Documentation Accuracy Performance Target

April 30, 2012 – Lombard, IL – Quickly becoming the industry leader in service-level transparency, MOL (America) Inc. today announced that it has begun public disclosure of Asia to U.S. Import and U.S. to Asia Export documentation accuracy rates.

MOL has established a 99.5% documentation accuracy performance goal and will soon begin publishing monthly results for this new regional key performance indicator (KPI) on www.CountOnMOL.com.

“MOL was the first ocean carrier to publicly disclose export B/L documentation completion rates and now we are the first to publicly disclose documentation accuracy rates.” said Stephen Ryan, vice president of customer service, MOL (America) Inc. “Although we continue to exceed our performance standards for the timely release of the export draft, we understand that documentation accuracy is of equal or greater importance to our customers.”
