PortMiami receives second CMA CGM shipment of Egoo Energy Drinks from Poland
Miami - PortMiami celebrated the arrival of the second shipment of Egoo Energy Drinks from Poland brought by CMA-CGM Group to PortMiami with a plaque ceremony and reception. Egoo Energy Drinks will soon be on the shelves of Whole Foods and Winn Dixie Grocery Stores throughout Florida thanks to CMA-CGM Group, the world’s third largest container shipping company that calls on PortMiami to deliver cargo to South Florida.
The event celebrated the expansion of a new trade route between PortMiami and Poland. Poland is a critical trading partner in Eastern Europe, located at the nexus of East-West trade between Germany and Russia, and is also a key North-South trade link between the Baltic and Black Seas. For the first six months of the year, trade between PortMiami and Poland via CMA-CGM has nearly doubled year-to-date. This new trade with Egoo is bringing in new business to PortMiami—up to 100 containers a month and PortMiami hopes to serve as Poland’s gateway to markets in the U.S.A., South America, and the Caribbean. These substantial increases in bilateral trade between Poland and Miami are expected to continue into 2016.
In attendance were PortMiami Deputy Directory Kevin Lynskey who welcomed the guests to the reception; Lesszek Ladowsky, President of the Federation of Polish Chamber discussed the U.S.—Polish trade and Jose Mato, Director of Business Development for Egoo Energy Drinks introduced the new product line.
