Robert J. Mark, veteran Collections Director formerly of Hapag-Lloyd and Maersk, Inc. has joined the Metro Group team.
Mr. Mark will be managing key accounts, training Metro Group employees and steamship line client’s staff and generally providing his thirty plus years experience wherever needed.
“Adding Bob to the team is like bringing in a Pat Riley or a Vince Lombardi- a true privilege. Bob brings with him a certain industry wisdom which can only be acquired with time,” said Ben Kinberg, Collection Manager for Metro Group.
Mr. Mark says of his time spent at Metro Group so far, “It has already been a very positive and beneficial experience for me to see this side of the business, which is truly, night and day, different from a carriers perspective. It's always great to be working along with a very talented, experienced, professional, and energetic group.”
