Southeastern Freight Lines Promotes David Crain to Service Center Manager

LEXINGTON, S.C. — Southeastern Freight Lines, the leading provider of regional less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation services, today announced that David Crain has been promoted from outbound operations manager at the Dallas-Fort Worth service center to the position of service center manager in Tulsa, Okla.

Crain began his career with Southeastern in May 1999 as an inbound and outbound supervisor at the Roanoke Va. service center. Since then, he has served in a number of leadership roles, including pickup and delivery supervisor, as well as inbound operations manager.

Prior to working at Southeastern, Crain served as a security specialist in the Air Force for four years.

“David has an excellent track record with Southeastern, consistently producing the excellence that allows our customers to receive quality without question,” said David Turner, regional vice president of operations, Southeastern Freight Lines. “With his natural sense of servant leadership, we are confident David will prove to be a great addition to the Tulsa team.”

Crain and his wife, Stacey, recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary.
