Tim Trout Joins Arpin International Group in Boston as International Operations Manager

BOSTON (October 14, 2010) - Tim Trout has joined Arpin International Group as international operations manager at its growing customer service center in Boston.

As international operations manager, Trout will oversee all facets of the international shipments handled in the Boston office to include quoting, billing, claims and shipments as well as customer inquiries. He will also assist with business development and client presentations.

Tim will be a great asset to our relocation team, said Mark Dearborn, managing director of Arpin International Group in Boston. He has over 18 years of experience in relocation management, logistics and service marketing, which makes him the ideal choice for this role.

Trout comes to Arpin International Group after having held previous positions as managing director, operations manager, international relocation coordinator and general manager for a transportation firm in Japan. Trout graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration.
