Tom Stangl retires; Dwight Johnson appointed President and CEO

TINLEY PARK, IL – ITS Technologies and Logistics LLC (“ITS”) today announced that Tom Stangl, President and Chief Executive Officer will retire effective April 1, 2011.

“ITS has seen impressive growth under Tom’s leadership over the past 25 years. He has worked thirty five years in intermodal transportation and has been instrumental in implementing industry leading safety, training and productivity improvement processes during his tenure with ITS. The Board recognizes Tom’s significant contribution to ITS and extends their best wishes to Tom and his family during his retirement” said Robert Dove, ITS’ Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Dwight Johnson, currently ITS’ Chief Operating Officer, will succeed Mr. Stangl as President and Chief Executive Officer and join the Board of Directors. Mr. Johnson joined ITS as Chief Operating Officer in October 2010. Prior to joining ITS he held various positions at the Broe Group, including President of Omnitrax, a position he held for 20 years.

“Dwight joins ITS with significant railroad operating and investing experience. His ability to create value and provide solutions to our customers will be essential to the Company’s continued success,” said Mike Lanigan, member of the ITS Board of Directors.

Mr. Stangl will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of ITS through 2011 and as an advisor to Mr. Johnson through 2012.
