Transplace Honored With Environmental Protection Agency’s Annual SmartWay Excellence Award

October 22, 2013 (Dallas, TX) – Transplace, a leading provider of transportation management services and logistics technology, today announced it has received the SmartWay Excellence Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for being a true leader in freight supply chain environmental performance and energy efficiency. For the third time, the third party logistics (3PL) provider was chosen for making significant contributions to protect the environment through its participation in the SmartWay Partnership.
