Alexandria, VA –January 25, 2010- The Transportation Intermediaries Association will hold its 32nd Annual Convention and Trade Show on April 7-10 at the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador in Tucson, AZ with a theme of “The Power of Together”. Seminars and workshops are focused on exploring the challenges facing the Third Party Logistics industry, providing real time solutions that work and offering strategies to cope with the current business climate. Participants will benefit from 16 educational sessions in 4 tracks which can be mixed and matched to create a unique learning experience. Five plenary sessions on topics that affect every 3PL, three pre-conference seminars and the largest trade show for brokerage-based 3PLs make this a “must attend” event. In light of the implantation of CSA 2010, two educational sessions has been added.
The keynote speaker for the convention will be one of the world’s most respected marketing strategists, Harry Beckwith who has influenced major marketing initiatives for 26 Fortune 200 companies, work that has won him the American Marketing Association’s highest award. Beckwith’s first book, Selling the Invisible, spent an unprecedented 36 consecutive months on the Business Week magazine’s best-seller list and was recently named one of the top ten business and management books of all time.
The Convention will provide outstanding opportunities to build relationships at numerous networking events including a golf outing and the Chairman’s Reception and Award Dinner on Saturday night.
