Traxon Europe Optimizes the Air Cargo Supply Chain

Frankfurt on Main, April 2011 – transport logistic 2011 in Munich is the world’s leading exhibition for logistics, mobility, IT, and supply chain management. Air Cargo Europe sees itself as Europe’s top event for the airfreight industry. Traxon Europe will showcase its comprehensive service portfolio from May 10 to 13 on booth 330 in hall A4 at the Munich exhibition grounds. The focus will be on TRAXON EDI and web-based applications that help companies (airlines, GHA, air cargo agents and forwarders) to optimize airfreight handling processes and to take the paper out of the air cargo supply chain.

eCargo Pouch®, a central document and message management system, particularly suitable for the message exchange between SME companies and their agents, will be one of the products presented. It is designed to play a pivotal role in the e-freight process chain.

A further highlight will be TRAXON Air Waybill Data Capture, a new web-based, application for airlines, which can be integrated into an airline’s own website. The product is designed to support the implementation of IATA’s 100% e-AWB initiative.

As more and more countries are introducing electronic advance cargo information laws and regulations the TRAXON Air Cargo Customs portfolio is sure to attract a lot of attention. The role-out of TRAXON ACC Europe ICS has been a major success story. Some 20 airlines are already using the solution.

The management is there to meet you Traxon Europe has a mission. The company wants to be the leading provider of intelligent, customer focused, electronic communication solutions for the airfreight industry worldwide.

The Traxon Europe booth will be well staffed throughout the event. All regional sales managers as well as the company’s top management will be available to answer questions and provide information.
