Vigillo Introduces IQLab
Portland, Oregon – June 9, 2011— Vigillo LLC, creators of data mining software products designed to aggregate, organize and deliver complex fleet safety information in an easy-to-read scorecard format, today announced it has created a new division within the company known as IQLab. IQLab will staff dedicated personnel to meet the increasing demand for custom reporting and data analytics.
“We’ve had an overwhelming number of requests for custom reports,” stated Steve Bryan, president of Vigillo. “It’s everything from the basic, ‘can you show which drivers have Red Flag Violations?’ to the more complex ‘what if’ analysis combining data taken directly from any source.”
As is typical of Vigillo, pricing and process will be very simple. “The customer either provides the data or the source for us to pull the data and we’ll charge an hourly rate for custom work, or a fixed rate for templates in the IQLab Catalog,” explained Bryan. “It doesn’t matter what it is and it doesn’t have to be CSA related. It can be about HR or maintenance, fuel taxes or dispatch. It can be a one-time report or a monthly subscription. Bottom line, we got tired of saying ‘no’ to all the requests for custom reporting and now we can just say ‘yes’.”
Beginning today, Vigillo will have a live Web-Catalog link at http://iqlab.vigillo.com/ that will feature a variety of report templates that can be customized to each carrier or carriers with more complex needs can submit their unique request for custom data analytics.
