WWL Increases Frequency on North America to Oceania Trade
(February 24, 2011, Woodcliff Lake, NJ, USA) - Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics (WWL), a global leader in RoRo shipping and factory-to-dealer logistics, has increased the frequency of its North America to Oceania trade to a total of four sailings per month.
Shippers will benefit by one added monthly call in the ports of Baltimore, Savannah, Panama, Auckland, Brisbane, Port Kembla, Melbourne and Fremantle.
Also benefiting this trade lane is the anticipated spring 2011 arrival of the Mark V vessel—the newest and largest RoRo vessel in the world. The Mark V design boasts more than 50,000 square meters in deck area and a 12 meter wide ramp with a weight capacity of 500 tons.
