YRC Glen Moore Recognized by Mattel with Top Transportation Awards

- Customer Service Representative Certificate of Excellence
Citing exemplary delivery performance, Mattel presented YRC Glen Moore with its 2010 Truckload Carrier of the Year award. In achieving this recognition, YRC Glen Moore ranked highest among all Mattel providers.
Mattel also presented YRC Glen Moore with two “Mattel Team 100” service awards. These awards honor on-time delivery excellence in transporting Mattel products to two leading nationwide retailers.
In a separate presentation, YRC Glen Moore Customer Service Representative Michelle Kistler was recognized with a Mattel Certificate of Excellence award as part of its carrier performance recognition program. The award is based on service metrics and written input from Mattel Domestic Transportation department employees who interact with transportation providers. In presenting the award, the company acknowledged Kistler’s exemplary customer service and dedication.
